I picked up a set of these last night. I'll follow up with a more detailed review, after I've had a chance to set them up with a kit in a decent sounding room.
But, I must say now that these really are incredible cymbals for the money. The 20" ride was $70, the 18" crash was $60, and the 14" hats were $90.
The Bliss series are designed to sound like the old 50s-60s era Istanbul K Zildjians. Dark, trashy, and quick, with lots of complex but controlled overtones. These cymbals definitely have "that" sound. Just as a comparison, old Istanbul Ks in good condition are regularly going for $1000 or more on eBay.
Anyways, I'm stoked. I'll post a complete review in a few days.
