this is my Drum Workshop touring setup, pretty much only comes out of the cases to go on stage or in the studio, It could use some cleaning and a little love at this point. my practice kit is great too it's an old premier xpk but I'll describe that later. this is the kit as I purchased it, nowadays I play it as a four piece...more on that later

DW Collectors Series Maple 2003
candy black fade, chrome hardware

Toms: 7x8, 8x10, 9x12, 12x15FT w/ legs
Bass: 18x22 no tom mount
Snare: 7x14 Yamaha Birch Custom Absolute Nouveau - lacquer blue sparkle (the best snare ever!!)
Hardware: assorted DW 9000, Yamaha 800, and Premier 600 series
HH stand: DW 9500 TD (super smooth, go try one)
Pedal: DW limited titanium 9000 single(with puresound speed ball beater)
Throne: Roc-n-Soc nitro saddle black

Misc: LP rock cowbell, LP jam block low(red), Zildjian 7" zil-bell, Roland spd-8 - 8 pad digital effect trigger(on loan, I want it though), assorted other sound making junk

Cymbals:

Rides: 21" Sabian HH raw bell dry ride (brilliant finish), 21" Istanbul ML with 2 rivets, 22" HH ride 1984(I found in the bottom of a pile at the sabian vault where it had been aging for 20 years...it sounds incredible, I don't use it live but it is what I use as my primary in the studio)
Crashes: 16" Sabian HH thin crash, 16" sabian AA el sabor crash (brilliant finish) 8" Sabian AA splash, 18" Wuhan china with 14" zildjian trashformer on top, 10" Sabian HH china kang
Hi-Hats: 14" Sabian HH dark hats (the best hats in the world, you have to hear them) 13" Sabian HH prototype duo hats (these were custom lathed for me when I was up at the factory in 2003, they were a prototye for an endorser originally, they are brighter and I use them occasionally depending on the room, the dark hats are still better)

this is the only pic I have at the moment of the full rig, you can't see the rides but I will take a new pic soon.

Nice Kit Jay
I am looking into a new kit soon for I have been busy doing bigger shows and want to make sure I have a better setup. I saw that yami kit above your head that I think will do the job just fine.
If you guys can stop over and see Jay at the shop.
